Niranjan Rayamajhee, Safety Expert
Nirajan Rayamajhee is an experienced safety instructor and raft guide for Nepal River Runner, with over 15 years of experience in the field of white water river rafting safety and instruction. Hailing from Chyankle, Roshi rural municipality, he completed his intermediate degree in Education with a major in economics.
Nirajan is a certified International Rafting Federation (IRF) guide and judge with a class 4/5 rating. He has rafted extensively on all major government-sanctioned rivers in Nepal, as well as in Japan. His years of experience have given him a deep understanding of river safety and the technical aspects of rafting.
In addition to his role as a safety instructor and guide, Nirajan is actively involved in organizing various rafting-related activities, including the national championship of rafting and kayaking. He is also skilled in management and administrative tasks for the company, demonstrating his versatility and depth of knowledge in the industry.
Currently serving as the Chairperson of HRGAN, a rafting organization for river guides in Nepal, Nirajan is well-respected in the industry and has a friendly and amiable personality. He is always encouraging junior and nascent river guides to improve their technical and communication skills with clients and associates, and has a great grasp of these skills himself.
With his extensive knowledge and experience in rafting, safety, and management, Nirajan Rayamajhee is an invaluable asset to Nepal River Runner, and to the wider community of rafting enthusiasts and guides in Nepal.
